Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all services arranged by EchelonX ("we", "us"), including concierge services, bookings, memberships and charters. By requesting a service you accept these terms. Questions? Contact management@echelonx.nl.

2. Our role

EchelonX arranges and coordinates services that are, in many cases, performed by carefully selected third parties — venues, operators, carriers, accommodation providers and security professionals. Those third parties' own conditions (including safety and liability conditions of charter operators) apply to their performance.

3. Requests, quotes and confirmation

All inquiries are free of obligation. A booking becomes binding only once we confirm it to you explicitly, together with the applicable price and conditions. Prices depend on availability, season and specification and are always agreed in advance.

4. Changes and cancellations

We accommodate changes wherever possible. Cancellation conditions of third-party providers (such as charter operators and venues) are communicated with the quote and apply to the booking.

5. Beyond Limits Program

Membership of the Beyond Limits Program is by invitation, following a confidential review. Membership terms, privileges and any fees are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.

6. Conduct and lawful use

Our services are provided exclusively for lawful purposes. We may decline or discontinue any request that conflicts with law, safety or our standards of discretion.

7. Liability

We perform our coordinating role with the utmost care. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, our liability is limited to the fees paid to EchelonX for the service concerned. We are not liable for the performance of third-party providers, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
